In the past few months we have received a lot of feedback regarding our pricing structure and many requests to purchase individual components. After much consideration, we have decided to restructure our pricing model and move from a subscription system to credits. This will allow all registered users to purchase credits and credit packages for extension subscriptions. The credit system is set up such that the greater the number of credits in a package, the less the cost is per credit. Our registered users will receive 2 credits as a thank you for your support and feedback throughout our transition. How do credits work? You can purchase credits and spend them when you download an extension. The credit cost for an extension subscription depends on its size, complexity and several other factors. How long will my credits last? Pay-as-you-go credits never expire and are always available to be used toward extension purchases. Your subscription credit balance can be viewed in your member profile section of the site, along with a list of purchased extension subscriptions. Can I get a refund if I don't use any of my credits? If you purchase credits or a credit package and decide not to download an extension(s) for any reason, we will refund your purchase within 15 days of the purchase. |
